How will my order be delivered?

We use a tracked courier service for all our deliveries within New Zealand.   We use a non-signature required service as our standard service. If you would prefer your package to be sent ‘signature required’, please note SIGNATURE REQUIRED in your delivery instructions in capital letters.  

We apologise that we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time.   If you require urgent delivery please state this on your order in the ‘Additional information’ box before you complete the transaction.

Beds and mattresses are delivered using a professional furniture removals service.  The prices quoted on this website are exclusive of delivery fees for beds and mattresses. Delivery fees for a mattress will vary depending on when and where you need your mattress delivered.

We don’t allow collections from our premises unless by prior arrangement.

For orders delivered within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $10 shipping for the North Island and $12 shipping for the South Island. For orders outside of New Zealand we use the postal service unless otherwise requested. If you require an international courier service there may be additional shipping costs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What are delivery times?

Assuming all items you have ordered are in stock, we dispatch your order as soon as it is received Monday - Friday.  We strive to deliver to urban areas using an overnight service, wherever possible. 
However please allow 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) for delivery, as this covers busier times in our dispatch area, items out of stock for a day or two and busy times with the courier companies.  If a standard order is going to take longer than this, we will contact you.

Beds and mattresses are delivered using professional furniture removals service.  We will keep in touch with you via the telephone regarding your delivery times but we strive to deliver within 3 days of your order being completed in the factory.

Can you process urgent deliveries?

If your order is particularly urgent or you require weekend delivery, please contact us to discuss what is possible and note this on your order. We aim to over deliver on our promises but can’t guarantee deliveries outside the timing guidelines above.

What will delivery cost me?

Because the items in our shop have a wide variation in size and weight, freight is calculated for each item.  Please proceed to the checkout screen and complete your delivery details. Shipping costs will be calculated and added.  It's often difficult to automatically calculate freight for combined orders, so please email me if you think that the freight has calculated out too high, and we can find the right freight arrangements for you.

Do you deliver to rural areas?

Yes we deliver rurally.  Please state on your order if it is a rural delivery so we can package and label your order it appropriately.  For NZ orders, there is no extra charge for Rural Deliveries.

Where is my order?

If you have ordered something from Natural Sleep Shop and it has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate for you.  We use tracking numbers on all orders so can trace your order’s progress online at any time.
