Returns Policy

How do I return an item purchased online?

All of the products I have selected for the Natural Sleep Shop have been proven to be effective at improving the quality of sleep in a natural way.  However, not every product can be guaranteed to work for everyone.  As a result, I cannot guarantee every product you purchase will improve your sleep.


Returning Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you are sent a damaged or faulty product, I will replace it (at my own delivery cost), or refund your money as soon I receive the damaged item back from you. Please return the damaged or faulty item to me within 14 days of purchase (in a new condition with the original packaging) to the address below. Please  contact us to organise the most effective method of product return for you. 


No returns for non-faulty items

If there is no fault or damage to the product, unfortunately (for hygiene reasons) I cannot accept product returns - for instance if the item is not quite what you wanted, or you don't like it once you have tried it out.   That said, we may be able to find another solution so please could you contact us.
