How do I return an item purchased online?
All of our products are proven to be effective at improving the quality of sleep. However, not everything works for everyone. We cannot guarantee every product you purchase will impact your sleep positively since different things work for different people.
In the unlikely event you are sent a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it (at our own delivery cost), or refund your money as soon we receive the damaged item back, with no questions asked.
Please contact us to let us know what you wish to return and why. Then return the damaged or faulty item to us within 14 days of purchase, in a new condition with original packaging, to:
