Sleep Drops are a pleasant tasting liquid formula that you simply put under your tongue using the dropper provided with the bottle. Most people are pleasantly surprised by how good they taste!

1 bottle contains 1200 drops. Depending on how many drops you take (see directions for use below) this equates to 30-60c cost per dose which is great value for a great night’s sleep!
General Directions for using Sleep Drops:
Phase One: For 5 nights take 5 to 10 drops under tongue 1/2 hourly starting 2 hours before bed. If you wake during the night, take one dose and repeat 1/2 hourly if necessary.
Phase Two: From the 6th night ongoing - Take 5 to 10 drops under tongue 1/2 hour before bed & once more immediately before retiring. If you wake in the night take one dose & repeat 1/2 hourly if necessary
Note: if you are a slight build or you are sensitive to medication take only 5 drops per dose.
Glycerine, Ethanol, Purified water, Corydalis ambigua, Eschscholzia californica, Humulus lupus, Lavandula officinalis, Matricaria recutita, Melissa officinalis, Passiflora incarnate, Piper methysticum, Piscidia piscipula, Scutellaria lateriflora, Silybum marianum, Tilia vulgaris, Zizyphus jujuba with Homeopathic Chamomilla, Coffea crud, Gentian lutea, Hypericum, Kali phos, Mag phos, Melatonin, Nux vomica, Passiflora, Pulsatilla, Vitamin C and combined with flower essences.
Caution: People sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients should avoid this product.
There is 0.005grams of dried herb equivalent per 5 drops dose so herb/drug interactions should be impossible. If you are concerned about this possibility please follow the advice of your medical practitioner.

How do I know which products in the Sleep Drops range will be best for me?
If you have trouble going to sleep (only) then take Sleep Drops to turn off your busy mind. If your inability to "turn off" and go to sleep was caused by a stressful event or on going stress then please also get some Essential Sleep Nutrients.
If you have trouble staying asleep then you need to take Essential Sleep Nutrients AND Sleep Drops. The Essential Sleep Nutrients will support your nervous system and reprogramme you to stop you waking but this may take up to 4 weeks depending on your body so having some Sleep Drops to get you back to sleep more quickly will be helpful!
If you know stress is the major reason you are not sleeping Day Drops will help you. You take them during the day to balance your mood, energy and nervous system, so you don't get "wound up". By the evening, you will be in a better state of mind and more receptive to sleep! You may even find you don't need to take anything at night if your day is calmer.

Can I Take Sleep Drops while Pregnant or Breast Feeding?
Yes you can. We have many customers taking Sleep Drops while Pregnant and breastfeeding without it impacting on their milk. However every person is different so if you have reason to believe you are sensitive to herbal or energetic medicines perhaps taking Essential Sleep Nutrients would be a more conservative approach and still get you an improved sleep.
With Sleep Drops, is more better?
More is not better with this product. Taking 20 or 30 drops at a time will not make you sleep faster. You can take more but you will just be wasting it.
Frequency is the key, taking it more often can help so if you have a particularly active mind and you can't seem to switch off, you can use the Sleep Drops to help support this.
You could take 1 or 2 drops every minute for 10 minutes.
Will I need to take Sleep Drops forever?
Our clients find it best to start taking the product at the full recommended dose. We expect sleep patterns to change for the better, and this is when the dose and frequency of the doses can be dropped.
It is common for people to stop taking them all together, others continue to take a few drops a night before bed.
You will not become physically addicted to Sleep Drops!
